Join Tim Haft for an hour long session of high-intensity interval training which blends rope jumping with body-weight training to improve your cardio, strength, agility, speed, coordination, bone density, and body composition. Expect a different high-energy soundtrack. Your jump ropes will be provided (or bring your own).

Each class features a different high-energy soundtrack. Jump ropes are provided. Appropriate for most fitness levels. Limited to 8 students per class.

Tim Haft, dubbed the Godfather of the Rope, started jumping rope in 1976 at the age of 16 and continues to jump almost daily. Tim launched Punk Rope, Inc. in 2004 and is the creator of numerous group fitness classes including Jump Rope 360, Punk Rope, Beastanetics, MoshFit, and StretchHappy. Tim has trained more than 1,000 jump rope instructors worldwide and since 2012 has offered more than 100 jump rope workshops for CrossFitters throughout the Northeastern United States. He holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise, Precision Nutrition, USA Track & Field, USAFIT, and Resist-A-Ball, along with a BA in history and an MA in sociology. Fun facts: Tim is vegan, a rock ‘n’ roll DJ, a big-time college wrestling fan (Go Lehigh!), and the author of several books including Erotic New York.
